Here are three suggestion for you.
Please be patient and charged for 30 mins, the phone will be OK
If the first one fail, please use 5V, 2A charger to activate it, like IPad Charger.
If this doesn’t work either. It maybe relative to the software which were installed recently. Press power button and down volume button for three seconds at the same time, choose factory model relative options, confirm it and then reset the phone.
